In our school we take pride in providing a safe, happy and secure environment where our children enjoy their learning. A culture of understanding, respect and equality are values we uphold to celebrate the unique nature of every child. Our school values of Enjoyment, Growth , Resilience and Respect can be seen running through our school.
The ethos in our academy is to develop in our children the knowledge that they can achieve the best they can be, to encourage them to have high expectations of themselves and to work hard helping them grow into fulfilling their potential.
At Summerfields, learning is exciting. Our global curriculum ignites a love of learning for our children and offers opportunities that open up the world, expanding their horizons in order for them to succeed. This involves an ambitious and tailored curriculum which meets the needs of all our pupils including those with additional needs. Our children have experiences inside and outside of school involving strong links with the community and beyond, visits, residentially and collaboration work with our families.
